رنگ اپوکسی

یکی از محصولاتی که به وسیله فرمولاسیون و طراحی بر پایه رزین اپوکسی و سخت کننده پلی آمید ساخته شده، رنگ اپوکسی پلی آمید است. این محصول پس از سخت شدن کامل، باعث ایجاد سطحی یکنواخت و براق می‌شود و در برابر خراش، سایش، رطوبت و مواد شیمیایی مقاوم است. رنگ اپوکسی پلی آمید به عنوان یک سیستم پوششی شامل آستری، لایه میانی و رویه استفاده می‌شود و به محافظت از سطح زیرین در برابر عوامل خورنده کمک می‌کند. همچنین، این رنگ می‌تواند به صورت تک لایه و به تنهایی بر روی سطح استفاده شود و چسبندگی خوبی به ارمغان می‌آورد. استفاده از این رنگ برای محافظت از سطوح فلزی، سیمانی و در پوشش سازه‌های فلزی، خطوط لوله، مخازن، تجهیزات پالایشگاهی و پتروشیمی مناسب است. با توجه به مقاومت پایین رزین اپوکسی در برابر اشعه ماوراء بنفش، استفاده از این پوشش در سازه‌هایی که در معرض نور خورشید قرار دارند توصیه نمی‌شود. رنگ اپوکسی پلی آمید در محدوده و طیف گسترده‌ای از براقیت و فام (رال) قابل عرضه است.

One of the products formulated and designed based on epoxy resin and polyamide hardener is epoxy polyamide paint. This product creates a uniform and glossy surface after complete curing and is resistant to scratches, abrasion, moisture, and chemical substances. Epoxy polyamide paint is used as a coating system consisting of a primer, intermediate layer, and topcoat, and helps protect the underlying surface against corrosive factors. Additionally, this paint can be used as a single-layer and standalone coating, providing good adhesion. It is suitable for protecting metal and cement surfaces and in coating metal structures, pipelines, tanks, refinery and petrochemical equipment. Due to the low resistance of epoxy resin to ultraviolet radiation, the use of this coating is not recommended for structures exposed to sunlight. Epoxy polyamide paint is available in a wide range of gloss and color shades (RAL).

آماده‌سازی سطح:

برای رسیدن به سطحی مناسب جهت پوشش دهی، ابتدا باید از هرگونه آلودگی و روغنیات سطح خالی شود. برای این کار می‌توان از روش‌هایی مانند استفاده از فشار باد، شستشو با شوینده‌ها و تینرها استفاده کرد. پس از این مرحله، باید برای حذف لایه‌های قدیمی و خشک شده روی سطح، بلاستینگ (زنگ‌زدایی) روی سطح انجام شود. همچنین باید توجه داشت که درجه زنگ‌زدایی باید به میزان Sa2.5 باشد. پس از انجام بلاستینگ، ذرات حاصل از آن با استفاده از فشار هوا از روی سطح پاک شود و سطح به‌طور کامل خشک شود. پس از گذشت یک ساعت از انجام آماده‌سازی سطح، آستر مناسب روی سطح اعمال شود. در صورتی که سطح قبلاً پوشیده شده باشد، بهتر است از روش‌هایی مانند برس سیمی، مینی‌بلاست و سنباده‌زنی استفاده کرد تا زبری مناسبی بر روی سطح ایجاد شود و بهترین چسبندگی برای رنگ حاصل شود.

روش اعمال:

هر دو جزء A و B با توجه به نسبت تعیین شده با هم مخلوط شده و به آن تینر افزوده می‌شود تا به ویسکوزیته پاشش برسد. در هنگام اعمال، رنگ درون مخزن مکرراً مخلوط و با تنظیم مناسب فاصله نازل با سطح، پاشش انجام می‌شود. در نظر گرفتن حرکت و سرعت باد در هنگام اعمال، رعایت فاصله زمانی مابین اجرای لایه‌های آستری، میانی و رویه و همچنین رعایت Pot life اعلام شده و عدم استفاده مخلوط رنگ بعد از این زمان ضروری است.

احتیاط‌های ایمنی:
- توصیه می‌شود در فضاهای بسته، استنشاق مداوم بخارات حلال این رنگ را از جانب خودداری نموده و در صورت امکان از تجهیزات ایمنی مناسب استفاده شود. در صورت برخورد با پوست و چشم، با آب به میزان کافی شستشو داده شود.
- این رنگ آتش‌سوز و باید از حرارت، جرقه و شعله دور نگه‌داشته شود.

Surface preparation:

The surface to be coated must be free of any contamination. For this purpose, methods such as air pressure, washing with detergents and thinners can be used. Then, blasting (abrasive blasting) on the surface should be carried out according to the standard (SSPC-SP10) to degree Sa2.5. After blasting, remove the particles generated from it from the surface with compressed air and completely dry it. One hour after surface preparation, apply a suitable primer. If the surface has an old paint, it is better to use methods such as wire brushing, mini-blasting, and sanding to create suitable roughness and better adhesion to the paint.

Application method:

Both components A and B are mixed well and mixed together according to the specified ratio, then thinner is added to reach the spray viscosity. During application, the paint is repeatedly mixed in the tank and sprayed by adjusting the nozzle distance to the surface. Considering the movement and speed of the wind during application, it is necessary to observe the appropriate time interval between the application of primer, intermediate, and topcoat layers, as well as the declared Pot life and not to use the mixed paint after this time.

Safety precautions:
