2. در صورتی که سطح نیاز به تعمیر داشته باشد، قبل از رنگ‌آمیزی باید تعمیر شود. برای تعمیر سطح می‌توان از مواد تعمیر کننده مانند سیمان، گچ، ماسه و... استفاده کرد.

3. قبل از استفاده، رنگ را به طور کامل هم بزنید. برای این منظور، از یک مخلوط کن استفاده کنید و رنگ را به مدت چند دقیقه هم بزنید تا به طور کامل ترکیب شود.

4. برای رنگ‌آمیزی بهتر، می‌توانید از رولرهای با موی‌های قطره‌ای یا پرزهای کوتاه استفاده کنید. این نوع رولرها باعث می‌شوند رنگ به صورت یکنواختی روی سطح پخش شود و باعث ایجاد خط و خش و نقاط خالی نشود.

5. رنگ را روی سطح به صورت یکنواخت و با حرکات عمودی و افقی روی سطح پخش کنید. در صورت نیاز می‌توانید برای افزایش ضخامت رنگ، دوباره روی سطح رنگ بزنید.

6. پس از پایان کار، اجازه دهید تا رنگ به طور کامل خشک شود. زمان خشک شدن رنگ به وابستگی به شرایط محیطی مانند دما، رطوبت وسایر عوامل می‌باشد. به طور معمول، زمان خشک شدن رنگ تمام‌الاستیک حدود ۲۴ تا ۴۸ ساعت طول می‌کشد.

7. پس از خشک شدن کامل، سطح را بررسی کنید و در صورت نیاز، دوباره رنگ بزنید.

8. پس از پایان کار، ابزارهای استفاده شده مانند رولر و فرش، باید به طور کامل تمیز شوند. همچنین، قبل از دور ریختن باقی‌مانده‌ی رنگ، باید مطمئن شوید که آن به طور کامل خشک شده است.
